Booking directly through us will save on fees.
When booking through VRBO, a US Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 12.5% and a $165 cleaning fee will be added at the check out. Their service fee for booking is additional 3 to 6%.
Cashier Check and personal checks are accepted if booking direct.
Cancellation: 100% refund if canceled within 60 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 59-30 days before arrival are refunded at 50%. Cancellations inside of 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. Check in at or after 4pm local time. Check out is at or before 11am local time.
Minimum stay is 5-7 days
